Friendly owner who speaks multiple languages, daily activities provided, clean and cozy room, big shared living room, good breakfast.
Everything was spot on.

During my Christmas stay, the breakfast was nice and filling. the shuttle bus stop was conveniently located right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around. the owner was kind enough to drive us to the nearby hot springs every evening.
The room was not as clean as we would have liked it to be and the beds were uncomfortable. the noise from the nearby roads was also quite loud, making it hard to sleep at night.

We had a wonderful stay in this lodge with our two small kids. The room was spacious and cozy, perfect for our family. The manager, Jun, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even provided useful information for cost-saving options and drove us to different places. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with options like bacon, sausage, and yogurt. The location was great, just a short walk from the shuttle bus stop and close to beginner slopes.
The only downside was the stairs, which were a bit difficult to navigate with our suitcases.

Breakfast was pretty good and included a variety. The location was close to the ski hill and easy to get to. The bed was comfy.
The staff was not very friendly and didn't seem interested in helping with any questions or concerns. The room was very small and cramped, not enough space for two people.

The lodge provided free breakfast which was a plus. They also have laundry service available which made my life so much easier during the xmas period. The lodge was located conveniently near the ski resorts and a bakery which made getting around a lot easier.
The hospitality offered by the staff was not up to par with what I expected, and the room I was given was not up to my standards. The staff didn't seem attentive to our needs during the stay, and the room was not properly cleaned when we first arrived.
